We currently do not accept returns on purchased services or products once an order has been shipped and delivered. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
2. Cancellations

3. Refunds
Since Chloe Cruises only accepts cash on delivery, refunds are not applicable for services or products purchased. If you encounter any issues with your delivery or payment, please contact us, and we will investigate the situation.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will request photos or evidence of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Since we do not accept returns, there will be no shipping costs associated with a return. However, in the case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the shipping cost for the return of the product and provide a replacement.
6. Refund Procedure
Since we only offer cash on delivery (COD), we do not process refunds for orders paid for through other payment methods, nor do we offer COD refund options. Any issues with the delivery or product should be communicated to us as soon as possible so that we can find a resolution.
